If it does suck then there is something seriously wrong with it as this is a great photograph! From the warm tones of the afternoon light to the crisp detail in the foreground - I think that both you and the camera have done a nice job considering that strong light you are aiming into.

I know what you mean... my camera also sucks (a DSC-V1)... or did, now I stole my dad's 350D.

but this pic is incredible, sometimes you can capture things regardless of the camera you have.

sometimes it is just harder, sometimes you can't do it, but that doesn't really matter, there are so many photos out there waiting to be taken!

(and some manips always help ;) )

Well, your camera might suck, but your eye for drama and composition is absolutely flawless. This is an amazingly well-executed picture. The tonal palette is just delicious; it reminds me of honey. Your choice to turn it upside down really makes the picture. Great work! Instant :+fav:
